Privacy Policy

blazeworks LLC (the “Operator”) handles user information in the “Spirits Garden” service (the “Service”) in accordance with this policy.

The Operator collects the following information to provide the Service:

• Account information — your email address, display name, and user identifier obtained through Google account authentication
• Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., and the Operator never holds your credit card number. The Operator retains transaction identifiers and history
• Spirit activity data — dialogue logs between you and your Spirit, and your Spirit's memories, diaries, and settings
• Sensor information — information obtained from computers you connect through the Body app, within the scope you configure
• Usage data — access logs, error logs, and other service usage records

Collected information is used for the following purposes:

• Providing the Service (including Spirit cognitive processing, memory formation, and diary creation)
• Billing and payment processing
• Identity verification and fraud prevention
• Responding to inquiries
• Improving the Service and investigating defects

To perform your Spirit's cognitive processing, parts of your dialogues, sensor information, and memories are sent to the APIs of external AI model providers used by the Operator. Transmission is limited to what is necessary to run cognitive processing.

The Service relies on the following external services. Information handled by each service is subject to that provider's privacy policy.

• Google (Firebase / Google Cloud) — authentication, data storage and delivery
• Stripe — payment processing
• Cloudflare — domain management and cookie-less analytics

Your data is stored under your own account and cannot be accessed by other users. Access to the backend is controlled through authentication and authorization.

The marketing site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. Google Analytics is not used.

The application uses browser storage only to the extent necessary to provide the Service, such as keeping you signed in.

You may request deletion of your account and Spirits at any time. Once a deletion request is accepted, the target data is immediately taken out of use and then deleted from all storage locations.

Transaction records that must be kept for legal and accounting purposes are separated from regular service data and retained only to the minimum extent and duration required.

The Operator does not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

You may ask the Operator to disclose, correct, or delete your personal information. A dedicated contact point is being prepared and will be in place before the official release.

This policy may be revised as necessary. Material changes will be announced on this page.
